The whodunit that’s guaranteed to grab you… hook, line and sinker!
Blipton Sands is a small, seaside resort that’s proud of its picturesque stretch of coastline. Yet when ‘Splish Splash World’ (a ‘Titanic’ waterpark complex) is earmarked for construction, a ‘tidal wave’ of emotion is released. At the Shingles guest house (2 stars) a senior representative from the ‘Wild and Willing Watersports Federation’ is booked in for a week’s stay courtesy of Blipton’s mayor, Titus Canbee. ‘Sam Witch’ was intending to spend his time assessing the designated ‘plaice’… only his inspection never takes place. Witch is forced to take to his ‘sea’ bed after his meal is deliberately sabotaged. But who would do such a ‘fin’? To avert a national scandal, the town’s weekly newspaper sends one of its reporters, ‘Lou Rolls’, to investigate. Rolls announces that the ‘fish’ finger of suspicion can be directed towards just four potential suspects…

Mabel Syrup, the owner of the Shingles guest house (2 stars).
Megan Bacon, the ‘shellfish’ waitress who’s clearly no angel ‘fish’.
And, Pete Zerria, the ‘cold fish’ who’s on an angling vacation.
To avoid ‘turtle’ disaster, Rolls has to sort out the mysterious ‘kettle of fish’ before its impact hits the headlines!
